The town is made up of an eclectic mix in residential, agricultural, equestrian, nursery and other related interests, with a commercial corridor along Southern Boulevard SR-80. Palm Beach State College has a satellite campus here and famous Lion Country Safari is just west of the western border. The town was newly incorporated and chartered in 2007, though the area established in the early 1900s.

Freelance professional puppet troupe for street theater, events, teaching, restaurant/night club, retail venues and private engagements with fellow artist William Wunder. Performances were staged in and around New York City, along with a summer residency with the Nantucket Artist Association, Nantucket MA. Supervisory direction given by Kermit Love, famed theatrical and Big Bird designer of Jim Henson Associates. Mr. Titcomb and Mr. Wunder were part of the lead design team for a Pratt Institute exhibition made possible through a grant by the New York State Council on the Arts, Toward an Art of the Puppet: New York's Heritage.
